What your role with us will look like

  • Negotiating delivery and payment terms
  • Handling of the entire ordering process
  • Order processing (ordering, creating delivery notes, invoicing) in ERP
  • Contact with suppliers
  • Collaboration with accounting and sales
  • Customs clearance of goods and entry of goods into the system
  • Inventory monitoring and management
  • Correct and timely processing of orders
  • Ensure consistency between quote and order
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Obtaining quotations, monitoring deadlines, and processing orders
  • Various administrative tasks
